🌿 Root & Rise: 4-Week Online Program

The Root and Rise program is a 4-week guided journey designed for those ready to take self-responsibility for their health and wellbeing in a simple, sustainable way. Together, we’ll explore holistic practices—breathwork, gentle movement, mindful reflection, and sacred space-setting—that help you ground, restore, and reconnect with yourself. With just 15 minutes a day (or less), you’ll be supported in creating a personalized self-care ritual that nourishes mind, body, spirit, and emotions, giving you practical tools to feel more balanced, energized, and aligned in everyday life.

The Program will consist of:

  • One weekly 60 min live Zoom session (teaching + guided experiential practice + group sharing)

    It’s recommended to attend live to be a part of the shared experience. The weekly recording will be emailed to all participants following the session.

  • Daily self-practice (10–20 min) for 6 days based on the weekly content

  • Materials to guide you in self-reflection & help you to cultivate a deeper level of awareness

  • Private group space (optional) for sharing insights and encouragement
